These are common failure points for the Ford 6.9 & 7.3 Power Strokes
The arrow is pointing at a needle roller style pilot bearing. Failure can easily occur with this type of design. Our KEVLAR® bearing, below, corrects the problem.	This is an OEM 6 speed Ford diesel disk. The reoccurring problem is the springs being thrown from the disk resulting in clutch failure. Our new designs address this problem.

Shown in the picture are the two materials used, Performance Organic & Feramic.

1. Con O - Using 2 Performance Organic Facings (Smooth engagement)
2. Con OFE - Using 1 Performance Organic & 1 Feramic Facing (Moderate engagement)
